**Job Scope**:

- Manage daily mall operations, maintenance, and tenancy relationships
- Conduct daily pre-opening checks of common areas
- Manage service contractors to achieve highest standard
- Coordinate inspections with service providers
- Ensure building services and common facilities are well-maintained
- Conduct regular building inspections to comply with authorities' requirements
- Coordinate procedures and fit-out of premises leased to retailers
- Coordinate tenancy fit-out and reinstatement activities
- Collect relevant documents and fees in relation to fit-out work and operations from retailers
- Prepare annual budget and ensure expenses are within budget

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum diploma in property/facilities management or equivalent studies
- Experience in managing the shopping mall's operation.
