Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Channel Compensation

Position Objective:
- To play a key role in developing a high-quality agency distribution force, as part of China Life (Singapore)'s long-term strategic priority. The candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payments to our diversified distribution channels and partners, as well as being involved in various innovative business models.
Job Description:
- Administer the end-to-end processing of channel compensations including but not limiting to: commissions, scheme allowances, sales incentives, etc.;
- Key touch-point for to distribution channel(s) regarding remuneration related matters;
- Support system developments on agency managements and remunerations, participate in adhoc projects & UAT where applicable;
- Support the exploration, development and implementation of various distribution innovations (if any);
- Onboarding of third party distribution partners (if any);
- Support adhoc projects where required;
- Income Statement generation as requested by agents/partners (if any);
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or other subjects related to the financial markets
- Job title and rank depend on the number of years of working experience in Life/GI insurance
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the insurance industry, prior experiences in insurance sales or insurance compensation are preferred;
- Proven experience processing complex data and formulating reports for senior management;
- Familiarity with MS Office: MS Excel (Formula, Pivot Tables), MS Word, MS PPT;
- Meticulous attitude, ensuring accuracy of deliverables;
- Able to work independently, especially under pressure with tight timeline and multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
