About the Role
At IRAS, you will apply your knowledge across various tax administration fields, from compliance to taxpayer services. We value resourcefulness, communication skills, and strategic thinking. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of tax administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the Electronic Tourist Refund Scheme (eTRS) by working with stakeholders such as Refund Agencies, Retailers, and Counter Operators to ensure smooth operations and excellent tourist experiences.
Maintain and enhance the eTRS system in collaboration with IRAS Infocomm Division.
Improve ground operations, service delivery, and tourist satisfaction through stakeholder collaboration.
Conduct compliance programs and audits to detect wrongful refunds.
Manage procurements related to eTRS, including tender processes, with the Finance and Procurement Branch.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in project management, procurement (including tenders), or software testing.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with curiosity to probe and question.
