Job Description

As a visionary leader in AI UX design, you will craft user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible for cutting-edge AI and digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise will drive the creation of innovative solutions that meet user needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough user research, interviews, and contextual inquiries to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to inform solution design and ensure user-centered thinking.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that support usability and deliverables aligned with project goals.

Collaborative Design Delivery

  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to co-design solutions that align with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and incorporate feedback from sprints and demos into iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to UI/UX best practices across AI applications and platforms.

Usability Testing and Feedback Loop

  • Design and execute comprehensive usability test plans, including task-based testing, A/B testing, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
  • Analyze test results to identify usability issues, propose design enhancements, and optimize user experiences.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating the final implementation against design intent and user requirements.

Documentation and Design Assets

  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including design systems, screen specifications, and annotated prototypes.
  • Create user guides or onboarding materials to facilitate solution adoption and improve user engagement.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Monitor post-implementation user experiences and recommend enhancements to continually improve solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, tools, and AI interface design patterns to inform solution improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in UX design and testing with a strong focus on AI and digital transformation.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation, storytelling for design justification, and proficiency in design tools – Figma, usability testing techniques, prototyping, and wireframing.
