Job Description

We are seeking a senior professional to spearhead the development of AI-driven solutions for enhanced customer experience. As Assistant Director/Senior Manager, you will drive innovation in AI and analytics to deliver personalized services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering data or AI projects, with proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with data visualization platforms.

This role involves designing and implementing AI solutions, developing data and AI strategy roadmaps, and managing internal knowledge bases for AI applications.

You will be responsible for advancing the Ministry's use of AI and advanced analytics to prototype and test next-generation public service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI solutions, including customer-facing digital assistants and AI-powered training bots.
  • Develop and maintain data and AI strategy roadmaps, translating emerging research into practical applications for public service delivery.
  • Manage internal knowledge bases for RAG and LLM applications, ensuring accuracy and reliability for AI tools deployed.
  • Design and execute rigorous testing methodologies to validate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience delivering data or AI projects (typically 3-5 years).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of modern AI concepts (e.g., NLP, LLM applications) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in product or IT project management is a plus.
