The Strategic HR Business Partner for TTH Asia plays a critical role in partnering with the Executive Teams of China and APAC to align people strategies with business objectives and drive sustainable growth. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture, develop key capabilities, and strengthen the talent pipeline. With a focus on strategic HR initiatives, the role will also support business success through performance enablement, capability building, and employee retention.
