About the role We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) to join our dynamic team at SATO Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our channel partners across the Africa region. What you\'ll be doing Identify, develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, distributors and resellers to expand our sales footprint. Recruit, develop and manage new Business Partners in area which has insufficient coverage. Devise and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical team) to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers\' needs. Contribute to the development of the channel partner program and support initiatives. What we\'re looking for Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the sales or channel management domain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Proficient in data analysis and forecasting to drive informed decision-making. Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
