Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of sales and quote requests for designated business lines. Prepare, review, and revise sales quotes and contracts in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements. Ensure contract terms comply with organizational procedures and regulatory standards. Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products and services to provide effective sales support. Serve as a central contact for internal quote and contract inquiries, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams. Draft and process contract amendments, ensuring appropriate routing and approval. Identify and elevate pricing inconsistencies or non‐standard terms for review. Collect, review, and submit customer documentation for internal approvals and accurate record keeping. Maintain organized and auditable contract files. Perform additional administrative and contract‐related duties as required. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal support, or a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; liaise with English‐speaking stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with data and reports. Experience with Salesforce for contract or client data management. Familiarity with CPQ software (e.g., BigMachines or similar) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation. Understanding of the financial and business implications of contract structures. Flexible and adaptable in a fast‐paced environment, with the ability to work across time zones when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
