Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador
Overview:
The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for overseeing the overall experience of guests throughout their stay. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the lobby operation to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the lobby, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborates with other departments to deliver a cohesive and personalized experience for guests.
  • Ensures that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality institution.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
