About the role Maju Tech Pte Ltd, a leading technology company, is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Toa Payoh, Central Region. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. What you'll be doing Proactively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our innovative tech solutions Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management in our CRM system Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Providing feedback and insights to the management team to help drive the company's sales growth What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the IT industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data-driven sales techniques Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented with a passion for the tech industry What we offer Competitive salary and commission structure $3000-$5000 basic salary Medical claims, transport allowance Vibrant and collaborative work environment with a supportive team Regular team-building activities and social events About us Maju Tech Pte Ltd is a fast-growing technology company that specialises in providing innovative software solutions and IT services to businesses across various industries.
