As a leader in technical sales, you will facilitate transformative client engagements by bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, offering tailored solutions that are value-driven and aligned with client objectives.Your responsibilities will include devising and executing digital modernization strategies, identifying opportunities for clients to upgrade legacy systems and embrace digital-first approaches. You will serve as a thought leader in digital modernization, providing guidance on best practices, market trends, and strategic opportunities. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will identify client pain points, develop innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with technical capabilities throughout the sales cycle. Crafting tailored proposals for digital modernization initiatives will be key, emphasizing ROI and efficiency gains through scalable technologies like cloud, data platforms, and API ecosystems.Moreover, your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to design and promote multi-channel strategies focusing on web, mobile, and omnichannel solutions. You will demonstrate expertise in mobile/web development trends, frameworks, and deployment strategies to address client-specific needs, fostering seamless and user-centric digital channels. Providing architectural leadership, you will guide API-first design, microservices architecture, and integration strategies to deliver flexible and scalable solutions for clients. Leveraging deep cloud expertise, you will design robust cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions tailored to enterprise use cases.Driving sales growth and business development will be a crucial aspect of your role, aligning technical knowledge with strategic opportunities in digital transformation. Building and nurturing trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients will position the company as a key partner in their digital transformation journey. By identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, you will leverage a deep understanding of client needs, ecosystems, and roadmaps. It will be essential to ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements while addressing potential technical risks during the sales cycle.Collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing teams will be integral to aligning sales initiatives with technology capabilities and roadmaps. Mentoring technical pre-sales and solution engineering teams will equip them with the necessary skills and expertise to support sales and client engagement. Emphasizing metrics and reporting, you will define and monitor KPIs related to technical sales support, client satisfaction, and digital transformation outcomes. Additionally, providing executive-level reporting on sales pipeline progress and client success stories will be part of your responsibilities.Key Qualifications:- Experience: 15+ years of experience in technical and sales leadership roles, with significant exposure to enterprise digital modernization projects. Proven track record of supporting complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles in Fortune 500 environments.- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital channels development, API-first strategies, microservices, cloud-native architectures, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities. Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Sales Acumen: Ability to bridge technical solutions with business objectives, create compelling ROI analyses, and understand sales processes.- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams across sales and technical functions, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Education: Master's degree in computer science or Engineering.Preferred Skills:- Experience managing global teams across diverse geographies.- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in enterprise technology solutions.- Strong understanding of sustainability and green IT practices in modern technology solutions.Note: Must be willing to cover East Coast Time until 2 PM ET.,
