Job Title: Parts and Logistics Coordinator

This is a challenging role that requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics of parts and supplies, ensuring timely delivery to customers and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Confirmation and Scheduling: Coordinate with customers to confirm orders, schedule deliveries, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, provide quotations, and follow up on potential orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues, process parts orders, and manage restocking requests to minimize delays and errors.
  • Incoming Shipment and Inventory Management: Manage incoming parts shipments, update inventory records, and fulfill outstanding customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate and schedule part deliveries, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain: A diploma in logistics or supply chain management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
