This is a senior engineering role that focuses on the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes for customer products
  • Develop application software and tooling for complex machines and mechanical process steps
  • Execute machine and process capabilities using Design of Experiments and statistical methods
  • Solve technical product, process, component, and related problems
  • Provide feedback to product designers on manufacturability

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in BOM, SAP, Spectrum Pro, Procedures & Control Plan, FMEA, Work Instructions
  • Prior experience in calibration and preventive maintenance of assembly tools highly important
  • Prior experience in High Level / Box Build Assembly highly advantageous
  • Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity, and work well under pressure
  • Independent, self-starter, excellent written and oral communication skills
