Job Title: Senior NPI Engineer


We are seeking a skilled Senior NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our team. As a Senior NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new product manufacturing processes that meet high-quality standards.


Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Senior NPI Engineer with a strong background in Contract Manufacturing. You should have excellent knowledge of ERP systems and experience working in cleanroom environments is a plus.


  • Study and develop efficient manufacturing processes for new products
  • Foster profitable long-term relationships with customers through improved Quality, Productivity, and Cost-Efficient Manufacturing processes
  • Provide solutions for clients to successfully roll out RFQs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working as a NPI/Manufacturing engineer in a role providing technical support for a product
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and cross-functional co-workers
  • Proficient in office software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
