Business Development Liaison About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Development Liaison to serve as a key link between our organization and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. They will also coordinate and manage communication efforts to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

In addition, they will resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between the organization and stakeholders, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.

The Business Development Liaison will collaborate with internal teams to address stakeholder concerns and feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. They will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of liaison activities and adjust strategies as needed to improve stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex issues effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
