Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – PDPA Compliance

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving compliance initiatives and ensuring business processes meet Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to PDPA regulations.

  • Develop and optimise business processes to meet PDPA standards.

  • Provide training and support to staff on PDPA-related processes.

  • Assess and mitigate risks related to PDPA compliance.

  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process/system improvements.

  • Create detailed business requirements for systems/processes.

  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clarity in compliance requirements.

  • Oversee solution implementation and conduct testing to validate compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 12–15 years of IT experience, including 8–10 years in complex enterprise-level projects.

  • Proven experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, PII protection, and regulatory projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude.

  • Familiarity with compliance/governance frameworks.
