About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team. This is a full-time role. You will play a key part in managing the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes.
What you'll be doing
Assist in handling admin work and accounts receivable.
Handle partial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and reconcile receipts and bank statements. Report any discrepancies or issues to the Senior Finance Manager.
Update records and data, using SAP B1 System.
Knowledge of GST reporting.
Assist the Senior Finance Manager in preparing annual financial statements and consolidated data, as well as other reports and analysis as required, such as month-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing payment data for vendors and suppliers and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Participate in ad-hoc projects, where required.
Perform any other finance/admin duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or related field of studies.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Experience with accounting software such as SAP, or other similar systems.
Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Responsible, reliable, and meticulous, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
