
Sales Manager

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our China sourcing sales efforts for automotive spare parts. You'll develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities in the global automotive aftermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in China-sourced automotive spare parts sales
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships in the global automotive aftermarket
Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (importers, exporters, distributors, and retailers), understanding their sourcing needs for automotive spare parts
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Sourcing Expertise
1. Leverage knowledge of China-sourced automotive spare parts market to identify opportunities and challenges
2. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the automotive aftermarket
Product Knowledge
1. Develop and maintain knowledge of automotive spare parts products, including OE numbers, part numbers, and compatibility
2. Work with suppliers to source high-quality products, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations
Team Collaboration
1. Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, quality control) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of products
2. Communicate sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management
Sales Performance
1. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company revenue growth
2. Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports
Requirements:
Essential Skills
1. 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry, preferably with China sourcing experience
2. Strong understanding of the global automotive aftermarket, including market trends and regulations
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth
Nice to Have
1. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
2. Experience with CRM software and sales tools
3. Knowledge of automotive industry-specific software and technologies (e.g., part numbering systems, OE catalogs)
