Job Title: Patient Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Associate.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating specialist consultations, and handling payments and patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

You will also be tasked with managing patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary, and communicating effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.

Furthermore, you will be stationed at a health monitoring station based on your roster and involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure readings for patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' level
  • No prior experience is required, as training will be provided
  • Healthcare experience is an advantage but not compulsory

Benefits:

This is a fixed-salary position offering $2500 per month.

Location:

The successful candidate will be based in Bedok, Marine Parade, Sengkang, or Outram.
