Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

As a seasoned mechanical design expert, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design improvements and critical tooling design for die bonding machines.
  • Develop jigs and fixtures designs.
  • Conduct testing for mass productions.
  • Conceptualize, model, detail design, BOM, and drawings.
  • Oversee each aspect of designing and building the machine.
  • Integrate tape & reel on existing machines.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g. Cadence, Altium, MATLAB).
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
