Principal Designer for Innovative Solutions

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design improvements and critical tooling design for die bonding machines.
- Develop jigs and fixtures designs.
- Conduct testing for mass productions.
- Conceptualize, model, detail design, BOM, and drawings.
- Oversee each aspect of designing and building the machine.
- Integrate tape & reel on existing machines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g. Cadence, Altium, MATLAB).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
