Dans le cadre de ses activités de culture agricole, il recherche un Responsable de Production Agricole pour piloter l'un de ses périmètres stratégiques. Description du poste Rattaché au Directeur des Plantations, le Responsable de Production Agricole contribue à la réalisation des objectifs de production en supervisant les opérations de plantation, d'entretien des cultures et en assurant le bon pilotage des équipes sur son périmètre. Vous êtes responsable des missions suivantes : Gérer l ensembles des activités de production de canne à sucre sur les parcelles assignées : plantation, entretien, suivi phytosanitaire. Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi du budget du service, avec un focus sur l'optimisation des coûts et des rendements. Encadrer, organiser et faire monter en compétence les équipes placées sous sa responsabilité. Assurer la mise en œuvre des itinéraires techniques et garantir leur conformité aux standards de qualité. Participer à la planification générale des campagnes agricoles en lien avec les services techniques et supports. Contribuer aux actions de prévention en matière de sécurité, santé au travail et environnement. Suivre les indicateurs de performance liés aux rendements, à la qualité de la canne, au respect des délais et à la maîtrise des coûts. Profil recherché Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+4/5 en agronomie ou production végétale, vous justifiez d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de cultures industrielles, idéalement dans la canne à sucre. Vous maîtrisez les itinéraires techniques, la conduite d'exploitations agricoles, ainsi que les aspects liés à la fertilisation, l'irrigation, la protection des cultures et le machinisme. Autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) de solides compétences managériales, vous avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation en environnement exigeant. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Word, SAP) et possédez un bon sens de l'organisation, de la communication et du travail en équipe.
