Duties and Responsibilities Operational Oversight Oversee all operational aspects of the MINT Museum of Toys and retail (MINT Shop) and F&B establishments (Basement and Rooftop). Ensure compliance with business continuity plans and operational standards. Event and Program Management Execute, facilitate and deliver museum tours and educational programs, ensuring alignment with museum goals. Work together with the marketing team on event planning and promotional strategies, applying digital tools for targeted outreach. Digital Transformation and Technology Integration Lead the integration and optimization of digital technologies to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency.
