Customer Success Manager
to join a team of passionate industry and technology experts. This role suits someone who combines architectural expertise with a love for technology and enjoys building trusted relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build deep relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and suppliers to understand their goals and translate them into product impact.
Drive adoption through tailored demos, technical pre-sales, workshops, and proof-of-concept.
Shape the product roadmap by bringing customer insights, feature requests, and competitive intel into planning.
Champion success from onboarding through to expansion, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Skills and Experience Required
A degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent experience.
Background in a developer's in-house design team or an architectural consultancy, with exposure from feasibility to build.
Proven experience managing customers, projects, or teams.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
A passion for bridging design and technology to solve real-world challenges.
