We're looking for an experienced
Cloud Engineer
to join our team in Singapore. This role is
remote-first with occasional office visits , and is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in customer-facing support and is eager to grow deeper into DevOps.
What you'll be doing
Providing senior-level support for a challenging customer environment – excellent communication and confidence in dealing with stakeholders is essential.
Working within Azure cloud environments, supporting infrastructure and services.
Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using
Git, Bicep, and PowerShell
(experience with Infrastructure as Code is a plus; willingness to learn Bicep is great too).
Managing and supporting
Windows Server
environments, with exposure (or willingness to learn) Linux.
Collaborating closely with internal and customer teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimise solutions.
What we're looking for
Proven experience
in a cloud engineering or senior support role (Azure-focused).
Strong background in
Windows Server
(Linux knowledge a plus, but we'll help you upskill).
Excellent communication skills – able to engage with difficult customers in a professional, confident manner.
CI/CD and DevOps experience with Git, scripting (PowerShell), and infrastructure as code.
Based in
Singapore
(we cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time).
