Make an Impact by:
Planning the network architecture, system performance improvement, and capacity needs.
Planning, developing, and executing project implementation plans for network expansion, upgrades, and system integration.
Serving as the technical architect for voice (VoLTE/VoNR/Vowifi), supplementary service, interconnect & roaming; leading end-to-end solutioning covering service design, provisioning, and charging.
Coordinating with various Networks teams to support business initiatives and working with Operations teams to resolve customer complaints.
Collaborating with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing, and Engineering on new service requirements compilation and clarification, and leading discussions with vendors on solutioning.
Leading, gathering, understanding, and evaluating requirements from various functional units to perform technical feasibility and formulate technical specifications.
Working with other departments as well as external bodies to ensure smooth and timely implementation of projects.
Overseeing day-to-day administration and management of projects including Capex & Opex Management, system performance monitoring, and training.
Engaging in commercial and technical negotiations with vendors.
Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
Skills for Success:
Degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
10 years of related working experience in the telecommunications industry.
Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, and SIP protocols. Knowledge in mobile value-added services such as mobile charging solutions including postpaid and prepaid, short messaging service, and mobile applications is an advantage.
Basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
Basic understanding of legal contracts.
