Make an Impact by:
Plan the network architecture, system performance improvement and capacity needs.
Plan, develop and execute project implementation plans for network expansion, upgrade, and system integration.
Technical architect for voice (VoLTE/VoNR/Vowifi), supplementary service, interconnect & roaming; to lead e2e solutioning cobering service design, provisioning, charging.
Coordinate with various Networks teams to support business initiatives, work with Operations teams to resolve customers' complaints.
Work with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing and Engineering in the new service requirements compilation and clarification, and lead in discussions with vendor on the solutioning.
Lead, gather, understand and evaluate the requirements from the various functional units to perform technical feasibility and to formulate the technical specifications.
Work with other departments as well as external bodies to ensure smooth and timely implementation of projects.
Oversee day-to-day administration and management of the project including Capex & Opex Management, system performance monitoring and training.
Engage in commercial and technical negotiation with vendors.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
Skills for Success:
Degreee in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology.
10 years of related working experience intelecommunications industry.
Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, SIP protocols. Knowledge in mobile value-added services such as mobile charging solutions including postpaid and prepaid, short-messaging service, mobile applications is an advantage.
Basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
Basic understanding of legal contracts.
