The APAC TS&D Leader at DuPont Water Solutions is a key technical management role overseeing the Water business's Technical Service & Development (TS&D) team across the Asia Pacific region, which is expected to grow rapidly. The leader manages a team of over 15 technical professionals across 10 countries, focusing on products like Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, Ion Exchange Resins, and biological treatments such as MBR and MABR, supporting diverse industrial, municipal, desalination, and life science markets. Responsibilities Deploy and empower the APAC TS&D organization to support commercial and marketing teams in achieving business objectives through strategic execution. Collaborate with global R&D and marketing teams to drive end-to-end innovation from ideation to commercialization, following Water Solutions' management framework. Develop regional technical capabilities through lab infrastructure enhancement and technical skill development, aligned with the Global TS&D Capability Development Roadmap. Integrate commercial pipeline development with new product launch enablement and innovation portfolio management. Optimize work processes and promote adoption of digital tools to improve technical efficiency and effectiveness. Develop technical talent with strategic vision and personalized development programs. Qualifications Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Biology. 10+ years of experience in technical or application development within water treatment or advanced materials sectors. 5+ years in leadership roles involving people and organizational development. Proven strategic thinking and ability to deliver business results. Strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific up to 30% of the time.
