We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior E-commerce Specialist to lead the strategic growth of our online business. This role will drive innovation across e-commerce platforms and social commerce channels, including livestreaming formats such as Facebook Live and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, digital expertise, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the FMCG and skincare space. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility. Identify new opportunities across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and owned channels. Lead planning for seasonal campaigns, self developed campaigns, and promotional initiatives. 2. Livestreaming & Social Commerce: Design and execute livestreaming campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions. Collaborate with influencers, hosts, and internal teams to produce compelling live content. Analyze livestream performance and optimize future executions. 3. Platform Management: Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics across platforms internally and vs the competition. Ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards. Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, logistics, and customer service integration. 4. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, retention, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and platform dashboards to guide decisions. Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. 5. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Minimum 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce. Proven track record in leading digital growth and livestreaming initiatives. Strong understanding of FMCG or skincare consumer behavior and digital trends.
