Responsibilities
Provide support to the Financial Planning Advisory (FPA), Treasures and Home Advisory Specialist (HAS) Franchises
Manage and review KPI, incentive, rewards and recognition programmes
Manage post-incentive plan reviews at country and regional committee
Manage expense within budget for incentive, rewards and recognition programmes
Manage the planning, execution, communication and results of incentive, rewards and recognition programmes (BSA Results, BSA Gala Events, BSA Recognition Trip, BOB Results)
Manage KPI and incentive plan e-Learning modules and calculators
Work with stakeholders on feedback and improvement to current programmes
Provide data analytics on incentive performance and programmes required by country and regional committees
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept
Requirements
A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in performance management and scorecard development
Knowledge in Consumer Banking and Wealth Products would be an advantage
Comfortable with presenting and able to build presentation decks
Good stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating with senior management
Business acumen and data analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Detailed oriented and comfortable working with data
Good team player and willing to learn and guide others
Able to manage multiple tasks within an agreed timeline
Project management skills with a sense of urgency
Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
