Responsibilities As a member of the Business Planning and Performance Management team within the Consumer Banking Group COO Office, you will play a crucial role in working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in optimising operations, increasing efficiency and achieving business goals.
Utilise data analysis techniques to gather, interpret, and transform large datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance overall business performance.
Deliver Branch and Self-Service Banking projects within schedule, scope and cost, including the coordination of end-to-end operational functions, people, system and business administration.
Support the development of Business Case to the management on key business decisions.
Perform expense management through financial planning, monitoring and optimisation of spend for suppliers and equipment.
Oversee vendor relations to establish processes, ensure optimal service levels and manage service escalations.
Requirements Degree with at least 7 years of relevant working experience.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Good appreciation of technology solutions to identify and drive targeted improvements in branch applications and IT devices.
Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-productivity environment.
Curious, strategy-minded, able to operate in a systematic manner, and have excellent communication skills.
Team player and able to build relationships with other business stakeholders.
Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Proficient with MS Excel, and Power Point to provide data visualisation.
Knowledge of Excel macros/ Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
