Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Innovation Consultant to support the digital transformation of SMEs and help build cutting-edge Agentic AI App solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of IT proficiency, data analysis capability, logical problem-solving skills, broad business domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role play a key part in driving innovation, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing intelligent digital solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with SMEs to assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
Design and implement Agentic AI App solutions tailored to business needs.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver digital innovation initiatives.
Present strategies, findings, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuously monitor industry trends to propose forward-thinking digital strategies.
Technical Skills
Knowledgeable in IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Experience working in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with an ability to manage changing priorities and iterate quickly.
Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts.
Analytical & Cognitive Skills
Strong number system understanding and data literacy.
Excellent logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
Business & Communication Skills: Broad understanding of various business domains including sales & marketing, product management, delivery and operations (HR, Finance, Compliance etc).
Ability to translate complex data and technology into clear business insights.
Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling narratives for client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in digital transformation projects, especially for SMEs.
Familiarity with agent-based or AI-driven application will be added credits.
