Education Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the centre's staff, including teachers and support personnel, as well as ensuring the smooth running of classes and administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the centre's daily operations, including staff management, class scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Oversee the planning and delivery of courses, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the centre is run efficiently and effectively.
    • Build relationships with clients, teachers and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive environment.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as student satisfaction and academic outcomes.
  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within an education centre or school.
    • Proven track record of achieving high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
