**Academic Leadership Opportunity**

Our institution is seeking an exceptional Academic Manager to oversee the strategic development and delivery of academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders and department managers to ensure that academic programs meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve academic performance and quality assurance
  • Working closely with management representatives to adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing module/program delivery, class scheduling, and examinations

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education or a related field, along with significant experience in academic affairs or educational management. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative learning environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters in Education or related field
  • Proven experience in academic affairs or educational management
  • At least 5 years in education/teaching experience
  • Good working knowledge of Enhanced Registration Framework and Edutrust Certification
