We are working with a
global leader in the banking and financial services sector
to appoint an experienced
eDiscovery professional
for a
3-month contract .
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You’ll lead cross-border data collections, tackle legacy data challenges, and deliver defensible, tech-enabled discovery workflows using leading platforms such as
RelativityOne
and
Brainspace .
The role is set to commence in September 2025 and will be based in Singapore, with flexibility in a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage eDiscovery data collections and processing (Relativity/Brainspace).
Identify, preserve, and collect data from multiple systems, including legacy sources.
Collaborate with Legal, Investigations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Manage external counsel and vendors during reviews and productions.
Report progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders.
About You
A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in eDiscovery, with at least 2–3 years focused on early-stage EDRM (identification, preservation, collection)
Deep Expertise in Relativity One and hands-on familiarity with tools like Brainspace, as well as knowledge of data restoration from backup and archival systems.
Experience in the financial services industry, especially supporting litigation or internal investigations in complex regulatory environments.
An ACEDS certification or equivalent legal tech credential, showcasing excellence in eDiscovery.
Experience working with legal data governance, cross-border data handling, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
