Senior Manager-eDiscovery and Client Services
As a Senior Manager in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) with experience in EDRM & Relativity platform, you will be responsible for high-level management, delegation, and execution of e-discovery project tasks. Reporting to the PM Project Director team, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the legal team to ensure successful completion of e-discovery matters. It will be your duty to mentor, train, and delegate tasks to project team members.Your essential responsibilities will include providing end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters, serving as the primary client point of contact, and offering expertise and consultative advice on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables. You will create and maintain project schedules and reporting, define quality standards, plan internal and external project communications, manage project budgets, oversee multiple concurrent projects, and generate reporting metrics regularly.Additionally, you will be expected to support your team and colleagues by being knowledgeable about the company's service offerings, participating in business development activities, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring successful client relationships. The requirements for this role include a BA/BS degree or a minimum of 3 years in the litigation support/legal industry, 3 years of experience using the Relativity platform, willingness to travel, demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects within budgetary and schedule constraints, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage project teams effectively.,
