Job Title: Architect

We are seeking an accomplished architect to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and have experience managing multiple projects from initial design through to final construction handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and aligning team workflows with organizational protocols, recommending enhancements where necessary. They will also foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from conceptual design to construction completion.
  • Evaluate and align team workflows with organizational protocols.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the acquisition of new projects.
  • Review and refine architectural drawings and BIM models.

Requirements:

  • Accredited degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an architectural role.
  • Proven track record in managing projects.
  • Competent in producing technical construction details.
