Business Analyst for Authorization and Workflow Management

  • ">
  • Provide consultancy to users on the impact of changes to authorization requirements, access controls, workflow, and routing needs.">
  • Coordinate with authorities, vendors, and users to troubleshoot authorization and workflow issues and support authorization and workflow requirements gathering during development and maintenance.">
  • Evaluate proposed solutions for implementation to ensure Segregation of Duty (SOD), need-to-know basis, and principle of least privilege.">
  • Ensure proper project documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure authorizations and workflows developed are accurate.">
  • Update project documentation like user requirements specifications, functional design specifications, and technical design documentation for authorization developments and changes.">
  • Provide technical profiling of authorizations including technical details from the system.">
  • Update structural authorization profiles due to organizational changes and implement changes to related authorizations.">
  • Handle all operational day-to-day support activities for authorization, including ticket resolution and issue escalation.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems related to access rights, roles, and authorization (SAP, Windows, Weblogic, and Database).">
  • Coordinate with authorities, vendors, and users to ensure tested authorizations are properly transported to various test environments for testing and the correct tested authorizations are transported to production systems.">
  • Perform authorization housekeeping for all systems in the e-HR non-production environment.">
  • Monitor authorization-related batch jobs."]">">
