We’re seeking a Senior Treasurer to oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s treasury function. Key Responsibilities Cash and Liquidity Management: Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company’s cash position. Manage daily cash flow, short-term investments, and funding to ensure adequate liquidity for all operational needs. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange (FX) risk, and commodity risk. Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate these exposures. Capital and Funding: Oversee the company’s capital structure and funding strategy. Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions to secure funding and credit facilities on favorable terms. Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with internal finance teams to create financial forecasts, models, and budgets. Provide strategic insights and analysis to senior management on financial performance and opportunities. Treasury Operations and Controls: Maintain a strong internal control environment for all treasury activities. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience in a treasury leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effective financial management and risk mitigation. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and treasury management systems. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
