About The Role We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly organized FP&A Manager to join the Finance team. This critical role enhances finance support to a key commercial/sales division (Non‑Residential/Enterprise) and meets the business’s demand for commercial analysis, performance management, and sales operations finance activities. Financial Performance Management – Perform detailed financial analysis on Enterprise business transactional data, specifically Revenue and Cost of Sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness within month‑end closing timelines; prepare comprehensive month‑end reports and provide performance insights. Forecasting & Budgeting – Update and maintain the business model with actuals for robust forecasting and budgeting processes; work out preliminary forecasts and budgets based on key assumptions and arrange review sessions with various business heads. Commercial Support & Analysis – Review business cases and provide meaningful financial input to stakeholders; review and provide input on financial‑related terms within Tender documents. Sales Compensation Management – Plan and propose commission schemes for new or non‑standard sales roles; check and review quarterly commissions to ensure full compliance with existing policies. Business Partnership – Work closely with Enterprise business stakeholders to ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and aligned with operational activities; assist the Finance Director with various ad‑hoc projects. Skills & Experience Needed Degree in Accountancy or Finance (equivalent). Significant, demonstrable experience in an FP&A role. Solid expertise in financial modeling, with preference for experience in Business‑to‑Business/Commercial modeling. Mastery of Excel – advanced functions to build and maintain complex financial models. Ability to handle and synthesize huge data sets into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail to ensure reporting accuracy. Highly collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross‑functionally with Enterprise Business teams and confidently interact with the Management team.
