We are looking for a professional line cook to: Prepare food to the chef's specifications and set up stations for the menu. Assist the executive and sous chef with daily tasks. Contribute to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Duties & Responsibilities: Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff. Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef. Clean stations and manage leftover food. Maintain appropriate inventory levels. Ensure food quality, timely service, and safety regulations are met.
