Key Responsibilities:

","
  • Validate documentation for all local and export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ","
  • Liaise with the head office to align on delivery schedules. ","
  • Organize scheduling for all local deliveries. ","
  • Keep comprehensive records of all orders. ","
  • Oversee inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory. ","
  • Perform routine stock audits and update inventory records as necessary. ","
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies. ","
  • Arrange shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documents for outbound shipments. ","
  • Accept incoming shipments, checking contents against documents for accuracy. ","
  • Maintain continuous communication with the internal team. ","
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline goods movement. ","
  • Manage the preparation of incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments. ","
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage. ","
  • Adhere to quality standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations. ","
  • Perform additional logistics tasks as instructed by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Min. O level. ","
  • Min. 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. ","
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners and computerized warehouse systems is an asset. ","
  • Able to handle physical work and willing to lift cartons manually when necessary.
