We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with the ability to ensure inventory is received, stored, and shipped efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
  • Pick and Pack: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Support Services: Assist in basic assembly, labeling, and packing tasks when required.
  • Damage Reporting: Report any damages, shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Forklift Certification: Forklift license/certification is a strong advantage (or willing to be certified).
  • Basic Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Teamwork: Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Independence: Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
