  • Employ positive discipline techniques at all times, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate/Fundamental in Early Childhood Care & Education or Special Needs Education, although not essential it is an advantage.

  • Be creative and inspiring, with a loving energy that resonates with children.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.

  • Familiarity with working curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy manuals, with knowledge of educational development.

  • Possess a passion for working with children with special needs, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
