Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to teachers and assisting with various tasks related to the daily operations of the school.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to teachers, including maintaining records and preparing materials
  • Assisting with the supervision of students during recess and other times when required
  • Performing various tasks related to the daily operations of the school, such as stocktaking and inventory management
  • Preparing teaching resources and materials for use in classrooms
  • Providing general administrative support to the school

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working as a Teacher Assistant or Teacher Aide in a primary school
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Certification in Teaching Assistantship or equivalent
