Programme Operations Executive

We are seeking a mature and dependable Programme Operations Executive to join our team on a one-year contract.

This role is integral to the smooth delivery of our programmes, supporting both operational and client-facing functions to ensure a high-quality learner experience.

  • A recognised degree in any discipline, with relevant experience in programme administration or client services.
  • Mature and dependable, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing applications for Master's Programmes, including document handling and applicant communications.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and prepare pre-Board of Admissions materials.
  • Provide operational support for programme delivery, including enrolment, feedback collection, and examination logistics.
  • Support the planning and execution of commencement ceremonies and other programme-related events.
  • Assist with data reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
