Highly Motivated Operations Coordinator Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to work closely with our Operations Department and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Operations in daily tasks and matters within the Operations Department.
- Coordinate with Operations Administration Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions, including site surveys, design preparation, and documentation submission.
- Implement systems and monitor site progress and workshop activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work done in accordance with contractual scope, customer requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare and submit service reports with pictures, work done forms, and weekly inspection checklists to customers and the Head of Operations.
- Liaise with AEs and PEs to carry out designs, inspections, and testings, and submit drawings, calculations, COS, and LM certificates to customers promptly.
- Organize user trainings, safety briefings, and safety campaigns.
- Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis, and prepare incident reports with pictures.
- Manage the training, productivity, and well-being of assigned teams.
- Ensure construction equipment and accessories on-site are fully accounted for at all times and implement measures to prevent loss and damage.
- Perform asset and inventory reconciliation, and generate monthly reports for Management.
- Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in implementation and improvements.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
Requirements:
- A team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills, leadership qualities, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Must be able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings, and possess own vehicle.
- Knowledge in electrical/electronic/mechanical concepts and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
