Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager, leading teams in cold chain/cold room warehouse and logistics operations.

Candidates should possess expertise in warehouse management procedures, cold chain best practices, and temperature-sensitive product handling. They should also have a proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance monitoring.

In addition, candidates should have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and inventory databases. Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and hygiene standards applicable to cold storage facilities in Singapore is also essential.
