English and Literature Instructor

We are seeking an experienced English and Literature instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of inquiry-based methods.

Job Description:

  • Teach English and Literature to students in Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP)
  • Create engaging units of inquiry that combine language study and literature
  • Prepare students for International Baccalaureate (IB) assessments in English and Literature
  • Support individual learning needs with targeted strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching across grade levels

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, or a related field
  • Experience in IB teaching is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of inquiry-based teaching methods
  • Able to motivate and challenge students of different abilities
