Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for the sales target of the assigned SIS counter. Maintain the tidiness of the counter. Display and refresh all visual merchandising displays according to the guideline. Maintain good customer service. Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently. Maintain healthy stock inventory at counter based on the Stock & Global Count. Update management on market competition, demand and changes. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the management. Coordinate, liaise and assist customers on service‐after‐sales (repair). Requirements Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience is a major plus. Computer literate; familiarity with POS systems. Extremely personable, positive and approachable. Fantastic customer service skills. Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Benefits Our employees matter.
